The Challenge
dBocl developed a software solution to manage logistics for large celebrity-driven events and faced a significant challenge as their logistics management software aged. The original software was built in Flex, an outdated technology that no longer supported modern browsers, creating an urgent need for redevelopment.
With only six weeks before a major event, they needed a rapid migration to a modern framework without the option to delay their deadline.
