About the role
Recruitment specialist: Supports company operations by actively recruiting, screening,
interviewing, and processing applications to create a pool of qualified candidates.
Our focus is on developing the very best mobile and web applications and building
long-term relationships with our clients. We are currently looking for a Recruitment
Specialist to add to our growing team.
Schedule
Monday to Friday (Anytime between 7am - 6pm)
What we're looking for
Must be a graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or Business
Administration
At least 2 years experience in recruitment
Experience in conducting or handling technical interviews is a plus
Must have at least 2 years of experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems
and CRM’s
Has at least 6 months of experience in creating recruitment reports
Can confidently work and communicate with Americans.
Can produce business correspondence, proofread for grammar, spelling and
punctuation with a high degree of accuracy.
Proficient in using GSuite productivity tools
Has good planning, organizing, and analytical skills
Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Law is a plus
Some knowledge about the software development industry is highly desirable,
but not mandatory.
