dBocl developed a software solution to manage logistics for really large celebrity-driven events and faced a significant challenge with their logistics management software as it got older. The original software was built in Flex, an outdated technology that no longer supported modern browsers, creating an urgent need for redevelopment.
With only six weeks before a major event, they needed a rapid migration to a modern framework without the option to delay their deadline.
